摘要
贴片机控制系统高速完成精确贴片,与软硬件系统综合优化设计密不可分。在硬件结构及成本改进空间日趋减小的情况下,若想进一步提高贴片效率,软件的设计与优化就显得尤为关键。针对传统设计中的不足,根据贴片机工作实况进行功能分析,对贴片机的数据库系统进行E-R模型概念分析与基于3NF范式的逻辑设计。设计的数据库系统在高速贴片机样机上获得成功运用,与同类型机相比,当存储数据量相同时,访问处理数据的时间得到加快且不会产生更新异常和数据冗余。
The comprehensive hardware and software system of SMT machine play an important role in high-speed-ac- curate patching.With reducing improvement space of hardware structure and cost, software design and optimization is particularly critical when patching efficiency further improved. Aiming at the deficiency of common design, based on the function analysis of SMT machine working situation, respectively analyses and designs E-R modal conception and 3NF paradigm logic design of the database system of SMT machine in this paper. The designed database system works successfully in high-speed placement machine prototype application. Compared with the same type machine, the time of accessing and processing data speeds up by faster without updating anomalies and data redundancy when data is stored the same amount.
