摘要
为了适应社会进步和科学发展的需要,德国博士研究生实施集群化的培养模式。柏林自由大学达勒姆研究院通过建立以项目为中心的跨学科组织,开展博士生培养和科研工作。在跨学科的科研组织中,科学的战略规划和创新的组织文化体现出"学习共同体"的特质,展现出融合多元文化、汇聚各家思想、讲求科研效率的教育特色。严格的博士生培养和科研项目审查机制为高效公正地开展研究提供了平台。这种新的培养模式对我国高校博士生教育改革与跨学科人才培养具有重要的借鉴意义。
In order to meet the needs of social progress and scientific development,Germany implements clustering training model for doctoral graduate.The Dahlem Research School(DRS)in Free University of Berlin builds interdisciplinary research center to carry out doctoral training and research work.In its interdisciplinary research organizations,scientific strategic planning and innovative organization manifest the nature of a "learning community".And it shows some educational features,such as merging multicultural,gathering various ideas,pursuing research efficiency,and so on.The strict doctoral research training system and the reviewing system of research program provide an efficient research platform.The new training model has an important implication to the graduate educational reform and the training of interdisciplinary talents in China.
