摘要
目的评价团体心理辅导对低年资护士留职意愿的影响。方法将70名低年资护士分为干预组和对照组各35名,干预组进行8次团体心理辅导和日常护理技能培训,对照组只进行日常护理技能培训。结果干预组护士留职意愿和团体满意度均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论团体心理辅导有助于提高低年资护士的留职意愿,有利于促进护理队伍的稳定。
Objective To evaluate the effects of group psychology counseling on junior nurses'intention to stay. Methods Totally,70 junior nurses were recruited and divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 35 cases. Nurses in the experimental group received eght sessions of group psychology counseling and daily nursing skills training, while nurses in the control group only received daily nursing skills training. Results Nurses'intention to stay and group counseling satisfaction in the experimental group were improved (P 〈 0.0l or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Group psychology counseling can enhance nurses intention to stay and thus promote the stability of nursing team.
