摘要
为探讨医学标准化肺癌数据库的建立方法,为临床和科研工作提供相关肿瘤资源。采用收集肺癌患者手术后的肿瘤组织大体标本、病理切片以及各项治疗前后的血清、血浆、淋巴细胞及血清DNA分别保存的方法。对比研究患者外周血采集后不同时段提取淋巴细胞的活性,同时整合患者临床资料,应用Epidata软件构建肺癌数据库。由此可知,本研究发现患者血液标本采集后宜在静置2 h后立即提取淋巴细胞,比在静置4 h后提取的淋巴细胞,冻存6个月复苏后活性好。血清肿瘤标志物在低温保存6个月及10个月的含量较新鲜血清无显著差异。结果显示,该数据库现已收集110例患者,其中血清标本180例,血浆标本174例,外周血淋巴细胞162例,大体标本12例,病理切片12例。由此可知,该数据库按照规范标准的方法建立,目前运转良好,为更好的利用肿瘤标本搭建了管理和服务的平台,也进一步为肺癌的临床研究提供了重要信息值得在临床科研中推广应用。
To built a standardized lung cancer database, and to provide blood samples, tissue samples, pathology specimens and clinical data, for the better study of lung cancer. Tumor gross samples from patients with lung cancer after surgery and pathological slices and plasma, lymphocytes and serum DNA were collected and stored. Comparative study of lymphocyte activity in peripheral blood collected at different times after extracting, and mealwhile, integrated clinical data, and to build clinical database of lung cancer by Epidata software It was found that the extraction of lymphocytes should be finished immediately after 2 h acquisition. The activity of the lymphocytes after 6 month was better than 4 h acquisition. There was no significant difference of serum tumor markers among 6 months, 10 months and the fresh serum. The database currently collected information on 110 cases of patients with lung cancer and built Epidata database, and collected 180 serum samples, 174 plasma samples, 162 lymphocyte samples, 12 gross specimens and 12 pathological sections. Tissue bank provide foundation for basic research of lung cancer, Epidata database provide important information for clinic research, their combination may be lung cancer Translational Medicine studv nrovides imoortant protection and infrastructure.
