高负压引流与低负压引流对乳腺癌术后影响的系统评价 被引量:6

Systematic review of high pressure and low pressure vacuum drainage for breast cancer patients after surgery

摘要 目的:评价高负压引流与低负压引流对乳腺癌术后的影响。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2014年2月)、MEDLINE(1983—2014年)、EMbase(1989—2014年)、CBMdisc(1978—2014年)、万方数据库(2001—2014年)中高负压与低负压引流对乳腺癌术后并发症影响的随机对照试验,由3名研究者对文献进行评鉴并删除质量低文献。同时进行资料提取,对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6篇文献,包括513例患者。纳入6篇文献质量均B级,质量中等。 Meta分析显示高负压引流在减少乳腺癌术后皮下积液发生方面效果优于低负压引流(OR=0.31;95%CI 0.12~0.83,P=0.02),在降低皮瓣坏死发生率、减少局部感染发生、引流液量、缩短住院时间方面效果未优于低负压引流。结论乳腺癌术后患者高负压引流在减少乳腺癌术后皮下积液发生方面效果优于低负压引流。 Objective To assess the effects of high pressure and low pressure vacuum drainage for breast cancer patients after surgery. Methods We searched the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (February, 2014), MEDLINE (1983 to 2014), EMbase (1989 to 2014), CBMdisc(1978 to 2014) and Wanfang database (2001 to 2014) to collect randomized controlled trials. Three review authors independently determined the eligibility of each study. Data were extracted and Meta analyses were conducted for the eligible RCTs.
