摘要
以彩色马蹄莲(Zantedeschia hybrids)4个引进栽培品种为试材,在冬季温室条件下,运用LI-6400XT光合系统测定仪对其光合作用日变化和光响应进行了比较。结果表明,光合作用日变化品种Captain Reno、Tahiti为双峰曲线,Garnet Glow、Florex Gold为单峰曲线;4个品种的光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)、光饱和时光合速率及表观量子效率(AQY)各不相同;Tahiti的LCP和LSP最大为77.0μmol/(m2·s)和1 149μmol/(m2·s);Tahiti光饱和点时最大净光合速率和AQY最小,为7.21μmol/(m2·s)和0.021。
The photosynthesis of four varieties Zantedeschia hybrids was investigated by using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system in greenhouse.The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented double-peak curve(‘Captain Reno',‘Tahiti')and single-peak curve(Garnet Glow',‘Florex Gold').And there were also some differences among the light compensation point(LCP),light saturation point(LSP),photosynthetic rate at light saturation point and apparent quantum yields(AQY)in leaves of the four varieties.Among four varieties,LCP and LSP value of ‘Tahiti'was the highest,with 77.0,and 1 149μmol/(m^2·s)respectively,while photosynthetic rate at light saturation point,AQY was the lowest,with 7.21μmol/(m^2·s)and 0.021 respectively.
