摘要
目的研究SCD压力抗栓泵预防尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法从2013年4月到2014年1月,选取我院的60例泌尿外科行TURP患者进行回顾性分析,将其分为两组,其中观察组30例患者,在常规护理基础上使用SCD压力抗栓泵,对照组30例患者,实施早期功能锻炼,在术前及术后第1、3、5、7天监测两组患者下肢DVT的主要症状和体征,并比较两组住院时间。结果观察组有效占比83.33%(25/30),均显著高于对照组的60.00%(18/30),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);术前及术后第1、3、5、7天监测两组患者下肢DVT的主要疼痛情况和体温情况。观察组和对照组相比差异有统计学意义;观察组DVT发生率均较对照组显著降低(P>0.05),观察组住院时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 SCD压力抗栓泵预防TURP后DVT有一定的效果,并可减轻患者疼痛和缩短住院时间。
Objective To study the antithrombotic SCD pressure pump to prevent deep venous thrombosis( DVT) after TURP. Methods From April 2013 to January 2014,selected 60 patients with urinary surgery TURP patients were retrospectively analyzed,it can be divided into two groups,the observation group of30 patients,on the basis of conventional nursing antithrombotic used SCD pressure pump,the control group of30 patients,the implementation of early functional exercise,the preoperative and postoperative days 1,3,5,7monitoring main symptoms and signs of two groups of patients with lower extremity DVT,length of hospital stay and compared the two groups. Results The effective observation group accounted for 83. 33%( 25 /30),were significantly higher than that of control group 60%( 18 /30),differences were statistically significant( all P 〈 0. 05); Preoperative and postoperative 1,3,5,7 day monitoring of two groups of patients with lower extremity DVT major pain and temperature conditions. Observation group and control group hadstatistically significant difference; There was significantly lower incidence of DVT of the observation group were more( P 〉0. 05),the observation group length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The SCD antithrombotic pump pressure to prevent DVT after TURP has certain effect,and can relieve patients’ pain and shorter hospital stay.
