摘要
负极材料是制约锂离子电池发展的重要因素之一。硅/碳复合材料储锂容量高、循环稳定性好,是目前制备新型锂离子电池负极材料的研究热点。介绍了硅/碳复合材料的不同制备方法和复合结构以及优良的电化学性能,综述了硅/碳复合材料的研究进展,并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Anode materials is a major factor that restricts the development of lithium-ion batteries. Si/C composite materials, which possesses high capacity and cycling stability, becomes the hot spot to preparation of new type lithium-ion battery anode materials at present. Different preparation methods of Si/C composite materials, composite structures, and excellent electrochemical performance were introduced. And the research progress of Si/C composites was summarized. Subsequently, the future development direction of Si/C composite materials was prospected as well.
