摘要
为了研究钢纤维在水泥砂浆中的吸收电磁波性能,将长度为15mm和30mm的波浪型钢纤维以2%、4%、6%的质量比掺入水泥砂浆中,制成长宽为180mm×180mm,厚度分别为10mm、15mm、20mm、25mm、30mm的试样;养护3个月以后,采用弓形反射法进行不同厚度试样的反射率测试。结果显示:波浪型钢纤维对水泥砂浆的吸波性能具有明显的改善作用;30mm长钢纤维掺量为4%时吸波性能最好,在厚度为10~20mm时,具有多个吸收峰;大于6dB吸收峰累计带宽都超过10GHz,最大吸收率为8.5~16~dB;厚度为30mm的试样,15mm长钢纤维掺量为4%时,大于6dB吸收峰累计带宽超过12GHz。
In order to study wave absorbing properties of cement mortar reinforced with steel fiber, 2% , 4% and 6% of wave-shape steel fiber of 15 mm and 30 mm in length were added into cement mortar to fabricate specimens of 10mm, 15 mm, 20 rain, 25 mm and 30 mm thickness, respectively. After cured for 3 months, wave-absorbing properties were studied with the arched testing method. The results show that wave-shape steel fiber can improve the wave-absorbing properties of cement mortar at thickness of 10- 20 mm. The specimens with 4% steel fiber of 30 mm in length has a maximum absorption of 8.5-16.5 dB and the bandwidth for 6 dB is more than 10 GHz. The specimens with 4% steel fiber of 15 mm in length at thickness of 30 mm has the bandwidth for 6 dB more than 12 GHz.
