铜、锌共掺杂二氧化钛薄膜的制备及光催化活性 被引量:16

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Cu2+、Zn2+共掺杂TiO2薄膜,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)对其进行表征。结果表明,Cu2+、Zn2+掺杂促进了TiO2晶相的转变,引入铜锌离子之后TiO2的禁带宽度由3.37eV减少至3.28eV。SEM表明Cu2+、Zn2+共掺杂TiO2薄膜晶粒比纯TiO2更加细小。XPS分析证实了制备的铜锌共掺杂TiO2,锌以二价氧化价态存在。以亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物,对其进行光催化降解实验,结果表明:Cu2+、Zn2+共掺杂的协同作用使TiO2薄膜的光催化活性显著提高。 Cu^2+、Zn^2+ co-doped TiO2 thin film has been prepared by Sol-gel using tetrabutyl titanate. The properties were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) , UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The results indicate that Cu^2+、Zn^2+co-doped promotes transformation of the TiO2 crystal phase and the band gap decreases from 3.37 eV to 3.28 eV. SEM showed that the grain size of the Cu^2+、Zn^2+ doped TiO2 thin film is more smaller than that of the pure TiO2. The analysis of XPS proved that Zinc exists as bivalent oxidation valence state in Cu^2+ and Zn^2 + co-doped TiO2 thin film prepared. The Methylene Blue as simulated pollutants has been used in the photocatalytic degradation experiment. The results indicates that the Photoeatalytic Activity of co-doped TiO2 thin film has been developed significantly because of the synergistic effect of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ co- doping.
