摘要 为了实现圆柱度误差可视化评定系统,构建了测量工作平台,采用Lab VIEW8.5作为软件开发平台,建立了最小二乘法数学模型并编写了相应的程序,给出了圆柱度误差的评定结果,并通过实例证明了软件的有效性。开发的系统效率高、成本低,界面友好,易扩展。 In order to realize cylindricity error evaluation visualization system, the measurement platform was built, the least-square mathematical model of cylindricity error was established and corresponding program was written by using LabVIEW 8. 5. The e-valuation result was presented. The validity of the system was proved by an example. It is of high efficiency, low cost, friendly interface and easy extension.
