摘要
选取我国309家上市制造企业作为研究对象,采用调节一致性和匹配一致性的分析方法,对服务化战略与组织结构间的作用关系对企业绩效的影响进行实证分析。结果表明:组织清晰度和组织区别性在服务化战略影响企业绩效的关系中起正向调节作用;服务化战略与组织结构的多维匹配关系对企业绩效的影响显著不同,服务导向水平和服务差异化与组织区别性的匹配一致性对企业绩效有显著正向影响;服务导向水平和服务差异化与组织清晰度的匹配一致性对企业绩效没有显著影响。
Selecting 309 listed manufacturing companies in China as research sample, adopting the matching and moderation analytical method, this paper studies the impact of interaction relation of service oriented strategy and organizational structure on the enterprise performance. Result shows that organizational clarity and distinctiveness play positive moderation affection between service oriented strategy and service enterprise performance. The higher the consistency of service orientation level and service differentiation and organizational distinctiveness, the higher the enterprise performance, the consistency of service orientation level and service differentiation and organizational clarity has no significant impact on enterprise performance.
