蒲黄压疮散对大鼠压疮模型创面血管内皮生长因子的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究蒲黄压疮散对大鼠压疮模型创面血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分成假手术(A组)、压疮模型组(B组)、蒲黄压疮散治疗组(C组)及云南白药治疗组(D组)。采用磁力压迫持续缺血损伤方法构建压疮动物模型,造模成功后,均常规换创面药,C组及D组创面分别敷蒲黄压疮散及云南白药。5 d后分别于创面边缘取材,组织常规固定、包埋、连续切片、HE染色,VEGF免疫组织化学染色标记,光镜下观察并摄片。结果 C组、D组大鼠创面VEGF标记毛细血管数量、毛细血管面积均高于B组(P均<0.01),C组高于D组(P均<0.05)。结论蒲黄压疮散可以有效改善压疮创面局部的血液循环,促进血管及纤维组织的增生,进而促进创面的修复。 Objective It is to observe the influence of Pollen Typhae Bedsore Powder( PTBP) on vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in rat model of pressure ulcer wound. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into sham operation control group( group A),model group( group B),PTBP group( group C) and Yunnan Baiyao group( group D). The animal model of pressure sore was constructed by magnetic compression sustained ischemic damage. After the success of modeling,the animals were given routine dressing PTBP in group C and with Yunnan Baiyao in group D. 5 days respectively to the wound edge tissue based,conventional fixed,embedded,serial section,HE staining,the expression of VEGF were observed under light microscope and photographed by immunohistochemical staining. Results The number of capillaries marked by VEGF and the number of capillary capillary area in rats of group C and D wound were higher than those of group B( all P〈0. 01),and those of group C were higher than group D( P〈0. 05). Conclusion PTBP can effectively improve the local blood circulation of decubitus ulcer,promote blood vessels and fibrous tissue hyperplasia,thereby promoting wound repair.
