摘要
针对GW4型隔离开关闸口发热问题,详细分析了闸口发热的主要原因,阐述了预防运行中隔离开关闸口发热的措施,从加强专业化巡检、红外诊断和现场标准化作业角度对隔离开关的发热问题进行预防控制。自行研制的"隔离开关闸口带电维护装置"和"隔离开关闸口短接装置",可对隔离开关闸口发热问题进行带电处理,避免设备紧急停电,保证其安全、可靠运行。
In view of GW4 isolating switch gate heating, the main reasons of the gate heating have been analyzed in detail. The prevention measures are put forward in terms of strengthening professional inspection, infrared diagnosis and operating according to standard. The isolation switch gate charged maintenance device and isolation switch gate short-circuit device have been developed, thus, the gate heating problem can be processed on-line.The emergent power failure could be avoided to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of isolation switch.
