Krüpple样转录因子8在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Krüpple样转录因子8(KLF8)是KLFs家族中一名年轻的成员,能结合细胞中DNA的GC box或CACCC元件,调控富含GC启动子的基因表达,参与调节细胞周期。研究表明,KLF8在人体多种恶性肿瘤中过表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。
