车用质子交换膜燃料电池系统关机策略优化 被引量:1

摘要 质子交换膜燃料电池(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell,PEMFC)的关机过程是影响其寿命和耐久性的关键因素,尤其对于车载燃料电池系统,关机后的放电和吹扫过程对其寿命的提高尤为重要。本文提出了两种不同的燃料电池系统关机策略,并对关机过程中的放电和吹扫条件参数进行优化,其目的是(1)缩短关机放电和吹扫时长;(2)减少开路电压(OCV)对电池性能的影响;(3)避免关机过程中氢气/氧气界面的形成对电池性能的影响。本文的研究结果确定了环境温度为36oC时燃料电池系统关机程序结束的判据,并且通过对空压机、节气门和水泵转速的优化,能够将关机时长减少。另外,本文比较了两种不同关机策略的优劣,为制定车载燃料电池系统的关机策略提供参考。 The shutdown process is an important factor which has great effect on the lifetime and durability of PEM fuel cell, especially for the fuel cell vehicle, the appropriate discharge and purge process is useful for enhancing the durability of PEMFC. In this paper, two different system strategies for the shutdown process were proposed and the parameters in the discharge and purge process were optimized, in order to shorten the shutdown time, avoid the open circuit voltage (OCV) and H2/O2 interface during the shutdown process. The results pointed out that the criterion for the ending of the shutdown process when the environmental temperature was about 36℃. The time of the shutdown process for PEM fuel cell system was shortened by optimizing the speed of the compressor air pump (CAP) and the coolant pump. Finally, two different strategies were compared in this paper, in order to provide the reference points for designing the shutdown strategy on the fuel cell vehicle.
