摘要
对休闲体育的内涵、特征及其在体育教学改革中的功能与作用进行了分析,并对当前高校休闲体育改革遇到的主要问题进行了探讨,认为应基于休闲体育的视角对高校体育教学进行改革。提出了更新观念,丰富教学内容;增强娱乐,运用多种教学手段;加强学习,提高教学水平等建议,旨在为我国高校体育改革提供参考。
This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics, function and effect in the reform of PE teaching of leisure sports, and discusses the main problems of current colleague leisure sports reform. It is thought that the colleague sports teaching reform should be based on the perspective of leisure sports, ideas should be renewed, the teaching content should be enriched, entertainment should be enhanced, many kinds of teaching means should be used to strengthen the study and improve the teaching level. This paper aims to provide reference for the reform of colleague sports in China.
