"细节决定成败"、"风险源于细节"。在病房管理中贯彻细节管理理念,让细节管理深入人心,并渗透到日常生活和工作中,有利于改善病区环境,提高护士工作热情和工作效率,增加患者满意度。
＂Detail is the key of success＂ and ＂risks have their roots in details＂. Implementing the idea of details manage ment in wards makes details management penetrate into daily life and work which is conducive to improving wards＇ environment nurses＇ working enthusiasm and efficiency, and thus increasing patients＇ satisfaction.
