摘要
目的研究益胃饮对Hp胃黏膜炎性损伤大鼠的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法选取50只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、益胃饮高、中、低剂量组,每组各10只。采用给予大鼠含量为109/m L的Hp灌胃造模,并给予益胃饮治疗。观察比较各组胃黏膜损伤评分和胃组织匀浆液TNF-α、IL-1β水平变化。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜与正常组相比明显充血、水肿,并有溃疡存在。益胃饮各组与模型组比较充血、水肿、溃疡等情况明显好转。模型组胃黏膜损伤评分、胃组织匀浆液TNF-α、IL-1β水平明显高于正常组(P<0.01);益胃饮各剂量组黏膜损伤评分、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论益胃饮可显著减轻胃黏膜的炎性损伤,其作用机理可能与抑制胃黏膜局部组织炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β的表达有关。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Yi weiyin on l-lelicobacter pylori (Hp) -induced gastric inflammatory injury in rats. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, including the normal group, the control group, and three different dosages of Yi weiyin groups. The gastritis model was established by intragastrically administrated Hp and treated by Yi weiyin. The score of gastric mucosal injury and levels of TNF-α、IL-1β in tissue homogenates were measured. Results The marked hyperemia, edema and ulcers in gastric mucosa were observed in the model group. Congestion, edema, ulcers and other inflammatory conditions of gastric mucosa in rats markedly improved in three different dosages of Yi weiyin groups. The score of gastric mucosal injury and the levels of TNF-α、IL-1β in gastric tissue were significantly higher in the model group than that in the normal group (P〈0.01). The score and the levels of TNF-α、IL-1β in gastric tissue were significantly lower in three treatment groups than that in the model group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The inflammatory mucosal damage could be reduced by Yi weiyin treatment, which may be related to inhibition of the expression of inflammatory cytokines in gastric tissues.
