摘要
小径木是主要来源于人工林抚育期间间伐作业的一种林副产品。由于具有各种缺陷,目前工程实践中尚未将小径木直接作为结构构件应用;而主要作为原材料使用,经济性较差。提出了一种可用作轻型木结构剪力墙墙骨的小径木组合墙骨,旨在将小径木作为结构构件使用。为研究该墙骨的竖向承载力,制作了12个竖向受压试件,其中每个试件包含3根墙骨。对其中6个试件进行了轴心受压试验,对另外6个进行了偏心受压试验,发现该墙骨有足够的竖向承载力。该研究成果有利于推动小径木作为结构构件的应用,可提高小径木的利用效率与经济效益。
Small-diameter log is a kind of forest by-product mainly from the thinning of the artificial forest. It is not suitable for direct use as structural members due to various kinds of defects. However, it is not economical to use it merely as a raw material for other products. A built-up stud made with small-diameter logs was proposed and was expected to be employed in a shear wall similarly to the dimension lumber stud. This practice was an effort to enhance the efficiency of application of the small-diameter logs. The load-carrying capacity of the built-up stud was investigated by testing 6 specimens under axial compression and another 6 under eccentric compression. The work provide a basis for incorporating the small-diameter logs in a shear wall of light wood frame structures and can pro- mote the application of small-diameter logs as structural members.
