摘要 合成固体超强酸催化剂SO42-/Ti O2-La2O3,并用于合成癸二酸二正己酯。结果表明,500℃焙烧3h所得催化剂活性最好;采用正交实验法对影响酯化反应的因素进行考察,最优工艺条件:n(酸)∶n(醇)=1∶3.0,催化剂用量1.3%(总物料),反应时间2.5h,最高酯化率为98.5%。且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用和再生能力。 The test synthesizes solid super- acid catalyst SO42-/ TiO2 and uses it to synthesize sebacic acid 1-hexanol. It is shown that the highest catalyst activity is exhibited under the conditions of calcinations at 500 ℃ for3 hours. The influence factors of esterification reflection have been investigated by experiment. The best condition is that n( alcohol) ∶ n( acid) is 3. 0∶ 1,and the reaction time is 2. 5 hours,then the catalyst amount would be 1. 3%( the total mass of reactants) and the highest esterification rate is about 98. 5%. Also the catalyst has the capacity of being reused and regenerated.
