摘要
根据预警机作战需求和组成结构,构建了预警机作战效能评估指标体系;利用区间数判断矩阵和评估矩阵,对评估指标的重要性及取值进行分级处理,计算得到指标权重;采用TOPSIS法进行指标综合计算,并结合算例验证了方法的有效性,解决了效能评估中的不确定性数据度量的问题,可为预警机装备效能评估研究提供参考。
The evaluation indices system of combat operational requirements and compositions structure. effectiveness for an AWACS is built according to its The weights of the evaluation indices are calculated by establishing the interval number judgment matrix and evaluation matrix, and classifying the importance and value of evaluation indices. The indices are synthesized by the TOPSIS method and the proposed method is validated by an example and the measurement of the uncertain data in the effectiveness evaluation is solved. The proposed method provides the reference for the research of AWACS equipment effectiveness evaluation.
