摘要
目的观察卡马西平、托吡酯与丙戊酸钠治疗脑炎继发癫痫的疗效。方法选取60例脑炎继发癫痫患者为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组20例,A组给予卡马西平治疗,B组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,C组给予托吡酯治疗。对3组疗效进行评价;对3组患者治疗期间不良反应的发生情况进行观察。结果 3组临床有效率分别为70%、70%和75%,差异无统计学有意义(P>0.05),且3组各项疗效评价结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组治疗期间不良反应的发生率分别为55%、45%和15%,A组或B组不良反应发生率显著高于C组(P<0.05),A组皮疹发生率显著高于B组与C组(P<0.05)。结论卡马西平、丙戊酸钠、托吡酯治疗脑炎继发癫痫的疗效基本相当,但托吡酯的不良反应较少,有助于提高患者的依从性。
Objective To observe the curative effects of carbamazepine ,topiramate and valproate in the treatment of the patients with epilepsy secondary to encephalitis.Methods Sixty cases of patients with epilepsy secondary to encephalitis were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into group A ,group B and group C. Twenty cases were included into each group. The patients in group A were treated with carbamazepine ,the patients in group B were treated with valproate and the patients in group C were treated with topiramate. The curative effects of the three groups were evaluated and compared and the occurrences of adverse reactions of the patients in the three groups during the treatment were observed and compared.Results The clinical efficiency of the three groups were 70% ,70% and 75% respectively ,and the differences were not significant （P〉0.05） ,and there were no significant differences of the curative effects evaluation results between the three groups （P〉0.05）. The incidences of the adverse reactions of the patients in the three groups during the treatment were 55% ,45% and 15%. The incidence of the adverse reaction in group A or group B was significantly higher than that of group C （P〈0.05） and the occur‐rence of skin rash in group A was significantly higher than that of group B or group C （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effects of valproate ,topiramate and carbamazepine in the treatment of the patients with epilepsy secondary to encephalitis are similar. The application of topiramate leads to less adverse reactions and helps to improve the patients’ compliance.
