摘要
山东电力建设第一工程公司(以下简称"山东电建一公司")自2003年起以EPC总承包模式先后承建了印度BALCO 4×135MW、BALCO 4×300MW等电站项目,历经十余年的时间,设备监造工作经历了初级阶段、发展阶段和成熟阶段,对印度项目设备监造工作有了较为深刻的认识,建立了一系列监造管理标准化文件,成功地实现了设备监造标准化,有效地解决了常见性、多发性、重复性设备质量问题。本文通过总结印度项目设备监造经验,旨在为参与印度项目的中国EPC总承包商在设备监造管理方面提供有益的借鉴。
SEPCO1 Electric Power Construction Corporation (hereinafter referred to as"SEPCOI") has undertaken BALCO 4×135MW power plant, BALCO 4×300MW power plant, in India as EPC contractor since 2003. During the following 10 years, SEPCO1 has developed its equipment supervision business from scratch to maturity stage. An example is that SEPCO1 has established a serial of standard documents to realize the standardization of equipment supervision. The common, frequently and repeatedly occured quality problems have thus been tackled. This article is aimed to help the Chinese EPC contractors have a better understanding of equipment supervision work for Indian projects based on SEPCOI's rich experience.
