摘要
针对国内稀释水水力式流浆箱配套的稀释水阀在控制方面遇到的技术障碍,研制出一体化板式控制器,使用单片机PWM复用端口产生控制步进驱动芯片的高速脉冲,通过模拟量输入复用端口采集阀位信号,提出了使用加减速脉冲控制算法和程序提高阀位控制精度的方法。配套稀释水阀执行器在千分之一执行步长时的误差不大于2.8%,具有1000步以上的置信精度。
Dilution valve are the most important equipment of dilution water headbox,in order to solve the problems of the con-trol,a new type of circuit board were developed.Which use the MCU’s multifunction port of PWMgenerates the high-speed pulse signal to control the stepper motor drive chips,via the multifunction port of analog to collect the valve position.A new method which use the acceleration-deceleration arithmetic and programs were proposed to improve the valve’s accuracy,the total error of dilution actuator were less than 2.8% in one thousandth step length,and at least have more than 1000 steps credible accuracy.
