摘要
利用原子吸收分光光度计和原子荧光分光光度计,对云南省不同产地的12个食用薯蓣(Dioscorea spp.)样品进行了Na、Mg、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、As 10种无机元素含量的测定,并应用SPSS软件对其进行了主成分分析与聚类分析。结果显示,主成分分析提取的前3个主因子含有云南食用薯蓣中无机元素85.345%的信息,第一个主因子的贡献率达53%以上,其特征无机元素为Fe、Mg、As、Zn、Pb、Cr、Na。聚类分析将所有样品分为两类,以无机元素含量为指标进行聚类分析可以将不同种的食用薯蓣进行区分。说明利用主成分分析和聚类分析对薯蓣无机元素进行分析是可靠有效的,研究结果可为药食两用的植物资源利用提供参考。
The contents of elements including Na,Mg,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn, Pb and As in twelve yam (Dioscorea spp.) samples were determined by means of Atomic absorption spectrophotometer and Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. The principal component analysis of SPSS and cluster analysis were used to study characteristic elements in yam. The results showed that three principal components accounting for over 85.345% of the total variance were extracted from the original data. Fe,Mg,As,Zn,Pb,Cr and Na were the characteristic elements in yam. The samples were clustered into two groups. Different yam varieties were distinguished by cluster analysis with amount of inorganic elements. The resuhs of Principal component analysis and Clustering analysis showed that the samples were clustered into five groups. The characteristics of el- emental distribution were related to the breeds of yam. It will provide reference for utilizing resources utilization of medicinal and edible plants.
