摘要
目的探讨主题辩论法在《护理伦理学》教学中的应用效果,为护理教育改革提供参考依据。方法整群选取某护理学院2011级280名护理本科生为实验组,在护理伦理教学中应用主题辩论法;选取2010级285名护理本科生为对照组,采用常规讲授和案例教学法;比较两组效果。结果 94.29%的实验组学生肯定主题辩论法在护理伦理教学中的目的和作用,实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=24.216,P<0.05)。结论在《护理伦理学》中应用主题辩论法,有利于学生伦理决策能力、思辨能力的形成和整体素质的提高。
Objective:To probe the effectiveness of the theme debate method in nursing ethics teaching, and provide a reference basis for the reform of nursing education. Methods:Chester sampling was carried out in 280 junior undergraduates of nursing as experimental group come from a nursing college class of 2011, using the theme debate teaching method in teaching nursing ethics practice. Total 285 senior undergraduates of nursing as control group come from a nursing college class of 2010, using case teaching method. The scores of two groups were ana- lyzed. Results: 94.29% students in experimental group affirmed the theme debate in nursing ethics teaching. There are statistically significant difference in teaching efficiency between the experimental group and the control group ( X2 = 24. 216, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : The application of the theme debate teaching method in nursing ethics teaching practice is necessary and could enhance the students ethical thinking and ethical decision -making ability.
