摘要
蒸汽吞吐井井筒温度分布研究是进行耐高温封隔器密封单元设计的基础。为了比较准确地确定蒸汽参数分布、热采封隔器的温度分布以及热损失,对注汽井内耐高温封隔器温度分布进行精细模拟计算。根据传热学、热力学和两相流理论,通过数值求解,可以确定封隔器承受的温度分布。对封隔器-套管-水泥环-地层系统温度分布进行了详细阐述,为海上油田稠油热采井下工具的设计提供理论指导。
A study of steam huff-puff wells well bore temperature distribution is the basis of high temperature resistance packer unit design. In order to determine the steam distribution, tempera- ture distribution of heat recovery packer and heat loss more correctly, a stimulation calculation has been made for high temperature packer temperature distribution in steam injection well. Based on heat transfer, thermodynamics and two-phase flow theory, and through numerical solution, the packer resistance in temperature distribution can be determined. The temperature distribution a- long packer-casing-cement sheath-stratum system is introduced in detail, which can be used as theory base for heavy oil thermal recovery on offshore oil field.
