摘要
在气相流化床聚丙烯均聚树脂的生产过程中,三剂对整个生产有着十分明显的影响,主催化剂的影响尤为明显。不同厂商生产的主催化剂对装置生产合格均聚树脂影响各不相同,具体体现在多个方面。本装置使用的是钛系催化剂,主要含有活性中心Ti Cl4、载体Mg Cl2、内给电子体路易斯碱、矿物油溶剂以及未知组分等,催化剂中每种混合组分的差异,都会对聚丙烯生产带来不同程度的影响,严重时会造成反应波动,甚至终止。
In the production process of polypropylene homopolymer resin with the gas phase fluidized bed, three agents have very significant impact on the whole production; effect of the main catalyst is particularly obvious. The main catalysts from different manufacturers have different effect on producing qualified homopolymer resin. The device in our company uses the titanium catalyst containing active center Ti Cl4, carrier Mg Cl2, internal electron donor Lewis base, mineral oil solvents and unknown composition. Each mixture component difference in the catalyst will bring different influence on polypropylene production, even can cause the reaction wave, or termination.
