摘要
实施医院绩效管理是医院实现可持续发展的重要措施,这对于提高医院医疗质量和工作效率、完善医院内部管理具有重要的现实意义。分析了医院绩效管理中存在的问题,提出建立科学合理的绩效管理组织体系、设计合理的考核指标、实行分层绩效考核等建议,以促进医院绩效管理的科学化、合理化发展。
Implementation of hospitals' performance management is the important measures to the hospitals' sustainable development. It has significance to improve hospitals' medical care quality and work efficiency, perfect internal management. In this paper, analyzes the problems which existing in the hospitals' performance management, and suggests to establish scientific and reasonable performance management system, performance index and layered performance assessment, so as to promote scientization and rationalization development of hospitals' performance management.
