摘要
派出所作为基层实战单位,具备多种职能,做强做实派出所一直是公安机关组织建设的主体目标。绩效管理循环是审核考察评判派出所建设是否达标的重要手段,其难点在于绩效评价指标体系的合理性。在回顾相关公安机关绩效管理文献的基础上,设计了规范派出所组织绩效评价指标体系,并给出了指标的采集与标准化方法、权重确定与综合评判模型。
Police stations have a variety of functions as combat units at the grassroots, so their enhancement has always remained a main objective in public security organs' organizational building. Performance management cycle is an important means to investigate and judge whether the police station building has met the standards, and its difficulty lies in the rationality of the performance evaluation index system. On the basis of reviewing relevant literature on public security organs' performance management, an attempt was made to design an organizational performance evaluation index system for police station, put forward the collection and standardization methods of indicators, the weight determination and comprehensive evaluation model.
