摘要
以广播电视大学系统为例对远程教育基层教学点教职工的职业发展情况进行了研究,首先通过文献研究对教师职业发展规律进行归纳,然后通过实地调研对广播电视大学基层教职工的基本情况进行了解,在此基础上从外部、内部和个人三方面分析影响教职工职业发展的主要因素,最后对远程教育基层教职工队伍建设与发展进行了探讨。
By taking Open University system as example, this paper makes the study on the professional advancement of teachers in grassroots teaching spots of distance education. First of all, it summarizes the patterns of teachers' professional advancement by literature research. Then, it conducts a field study on the basic information of teachers at the grass-roots level in the open universities. On this basis, it analyzes the main factors that affect teachers' professional advancement from three aspects: external, internal, and personal. In the end, it discusses the construction and development of teaching staffat the grass-roots level in distance education.
