摘要
研究了气调包装对翠冠梨保鲜的影响。结果表明,7.0%O2和0.5%CO2的气体组成能使翠冠梨贮藏120 d。贮藏效果表明,气调包装能抑制翠冠梨的糖、酸和VC的降解,延缓硬度的下降,减少褐变,延长贮藏期。
The effect of controlled atmosphere packaging in preservation of Cuiguan pear was studied. The results showed that 7.0%O2 and 0.5% CO2 condition can extend shelf life of Cuiguan pear 120 d. The storage effect showed that controlled atlnosphem packaging was able to retard soluble sugars, titration acidity and VC degradation. It also can delay the falling of hardness and reduce browning and extend shelf life of Cuiguan pear.
