摘要
以陈皮为原料,研究陈皮柠檬苦素超声辅助提取工艺及其抗炎作用。采用超声提取陈皮柠檬苦素,利用响应面分析法优化其提取工艺,并对陈皮柠檬苦素对小鼠植入棉球致肉芽肿和小鼠扭体产生抑制作用进行分析。表明陈皮柠檬苦素萃取最佳工艺条件为:液料比32∶1(m L/g)。超声功率为265.1 W,超声提取时间为30 min,乙醇体积分数为85.3%。对小鼠植入棉球致肉芽肿研究表明陈皮柠檬苦素有较强的抗炎作用。
Mainly discuss the extraction technology and and-inBamnmtory effect of limonoid from pericardium citri reticulatae. Limonoid from citrus medica was extracted by ulWasonic wave, the optimum extraction conditions of limonoid from citrus medica were determined by response surface methodology. Anti-inflammatory effects oflimonin from pexicarpium cirri reticulatae by cotton pellet-induced granuloma and writhing test in mice was also discussed. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ratio of material and solvents 32 : 1 (mL/g), ultrasonic Irealrnent power 265.1 W, ultrasonic trealment time 30 min, and the ethanol concentration 85.3%. Limonoid from pericarpium citri reticulatae had strong anti-inflammatory effects.
