摘要
目的:为患者提供个体化的药学监护。方法:临床药师参与1例注射用头孢呋辛钠致过敏性休克患者的治疗过程,配合医师制定个体化给药方案,并实施药学监护。结果:通过临床药师实施药学监护,配合医师取得了良好的治疗效果,患者康复出院。结论:临床药师主导的药学监护能够提供个体化合理性建议和意见,切实解决临床治疗中的实际问题和预防潜在的用药问题。
OBJECTIVE： To provide individualized pharmaceutical care for patients. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists partici- patd in the treatment of 1 case of anaphylactic shock induced by cefuroxime sodium for injection, and pharmaceutical care was im- plemented. RESULTS： The implementation of pharmaceutical care with physicians had made good efficacy and the patient was re- covered and discharged. CONCLUSIONS： Pharmaceutical care leading by clinical pharmacists can provide individual reasonable suggestions and opinions, solve the practical problems in the clinical treatment and prevent the potential problems.
