摘要
目的:探讨氟骨症的治疗方法。方法:以WS192—2007为诊断标准,观察中药抗骨质增生丸治疗氟骨症患者用药前后症状、体征变化、劳动能力恢复情况。结果:治疗500例,治愈30例,治愈率6%;显效120例,显效率24%;有效329例,有效率65.8%;总有效人数479例,总有效率95.8%;无效21例,无效率4.2%。结论:抗骨质增生丸治疗氟骨症患者有效,对重度患者效果较差。
Objective：To investigate the treatment of skeletal fluorosis. Methods：To WS192 - 2007 the diagnostic criteria, to observe the effect of Hyperostosis resistance pills＇treatment of skeletal fluorosis patients with symptoms and signs, the ability to work before and after recovery. Results： the treatment of 500 patients, 30 cases were cured, the cure rate of 6 % ; Effective 120 cases, effective 24 % ; 329 cases, the effective rate is 65.8 % ; total number of 479 cases, total effective rate 95.8 % ; 21 cases, inefficient 4.2 %. Conclusion; Hyperostosis resistance pills effective in treatment of skeletal fluorosis patients, poor effect on severely ill patients.
