2型糖尿病合并大血管病变患者血清松弛素和基质金属蛋白酶-2表达水平及其相关性研究 被引量:2

Study on the levels of serum relaxin and matrix metalloproteinase-2 in type 2 diabetic patients with macroangiopathy

摘要 目的研究T2DM合并大血管病变患者血清松弛素(RLX)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达水平,探讨RLX与MMP-2的关系。方法将80例T2DM患者根据是否合并大血管病变分为T2DM未合并大血管病变(T2DM)组40例和T2DM合并大血管病变(MCV)组40例,另选体检健康者40名为健康对照(NC)组。采用ELISA检测各组血清RLX、MMP-2水平。结果 NC、T2DM和MCV组血清RLX水平逐渐下降[(2211.35±217.66)vs(1600.00±133.18)vs(1349.43±173.98)pg/ml,P<0.01],MMP-2水平逐渐升高[(9.00±1.00)vs(9.66±1.23)vs(12.54±1.25)μg/L,P<0.05或P<0.01]。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,RLX与SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、LDL-C和MMP-2呈负相关,MMP-2与病程、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、HbA1c、TG和LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C、RLX呈负相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示,HbA1c、MMP-2是RLX的独立危险因素,SBP、LDL-C和RLX是MMP-2的独立危险因素。结论 T2DM合并大血管病变患者血清RLX水平下降,MMP-2水平升高,血清RLX、MMP-2水平与T2DM大血管病变相关。 Objective To investigate the levels of serum relaxin ( RLX ) and matrix metalloproteinase‐2 (MMP‐2 ) in T2DM patients with macroangiopathy , and evaluate the relationship between RLX and MMP‐2 . Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients were divided into two groups : without macrovascular complications (T2DM) group (n = 40) ,with macrovascular complications (MCV) group (n= 40) .Healthy subjects were enrolled as normal control (NC) group (n = 40) .Serum RLX and MMP‐2 levels were measured by ELISA in three groups . Results In NC ,T2DM and MCV group , RLX levels were decreased significantly [(2211.35 ± 217.66 ) vs (1600.00 ± 133.18 ) vs (1349.43 ±173.98)pg/ml ,P〈 0.01] ,MMP‐2 levels were increased significantly [(9.00 ± 1.00 ) vs (9.66 ± 1.23 ) vs (12.54 ± 1.25)μg/L ,P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ].Pearson correlation analysis showed that RLX levels were negatively correlated with SBP ,DBP ,FPG ,HbA1 c ,LDL‐C and MMP‐2.MMP‐2 level were positively correlated with duration ,BMI ,SBP ,DBP ,FPG ,HbA1 c ,TG and LDL‐C ,and were negatively correlated with HDL‐C and RLX.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that HbA1 c and MMP‐2 were the independent related factors for RLX levels.SBP ,LDL‐C and RLX were the independent related factors for MMP‐2 levels. Conclusion In T2DM patients with macroangiopathy ,RLX levels were decreased ,but MMP‐2 levels were increased .Serum RLX and MMP‐2 were associated with macroangiopathy in T2DM .
