摘要
[目的]建立同时测定六味地黄胶囊中马钱苷、芍药苷和丹皮酚3种成分含量的反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）。[方法]以Waters ODS C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）柱为分析柱、甲醇-0.1%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长芍药苷和马钱苷为230 nm、丹皮酚为274 nm,柱温40℃。[结果]芍药苷在0.066 5~1.663 2μg、马钱苷在0.107 9~2.697 7μg、丹皮酚在0.122 4~3.060 0μg范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数（r）分别为0.999 4、0.999 8、0.999 9,平均回收率为芍药苷97.63%（RSD=0.82%）、马钱苷97.66%（RSD=0.74%）、丹皮酚96.22%（RSD=1.21%）。[结论]该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于六味地黄胶囊的质量控制。
[Objective] To establish RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determining paeoniflorin,loganin and paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Capsule.[Method]RP-HPLC assay was carried out using a Waters ODS C18（4.6 × 250,5） column.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 230 for paeoniflorin and loganin,and 274 for paeonol.The column temperature was 40 ℃.[Result] The linear ranges of paeoniflorin,loganin and paeonol were0.066 5-1.663 2（r = 0.999 4）,0.107 9-2.697 7（r = 0.9998）,0.122 4-3.060 0（r = 0.999 9）,respectively.The average recoveries of paeoniflorin,loganin and paeonol were 97.63%（RSD was 0.82%）,97.66%（RSD was 0.74%）,and 96.22%（RSD was1.21%）,respectively.[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Dihuang Capsule.
