摘要
为提高师范院校食品化学教学质量,培养学生的学习兴趣,促进学生扎实掌握食品化学的相关知识,从食品化学的教学内容、教学方法、食品化学实验以及专业实习等方面进行探讨和总结,以期提高师范院校相关专业的教学质量,培养出专业知识过硬的复合型食品科学人才。
For enhancing the quality of teaching,developing the students’ interest and promoting their mastery of the knowledge in food chemistry,the study briefly discussed the teaching contents,methods,experiments as well as internship during the teaching process,so as to promote the teaching quality in food chemistry and its related discipline and further lead the students to became the skilled personnel with solid professional knowledge.
