在智慧油田的建设中,中国石油华北油田二连分公司阿尔作业区通过基于学分制管理的培训管理体系的建立,使员工的技术水平和业务素质明显提高,促进了员工培训工作、培训计划由随机性向系统性、应急性培训向提高性培训转变,最终使劳动组织结构的优化调整顺利进行。
In the field of construction of wisdom, the Chinese oil Huabei Oilfield Branch Al Erlian work area through the establishment of Credit Management Training Management System Based on that level of technology and business significantly improved the quality of staff, promote staff training, training plans to systematic training of emergency training to improve the transition from random, and finally to optimize the organizational structure of the labor adjustment smoothly.
