摘要
为满足新型发动机比功率和严格排放标准的要求,新开发了激光焊接整体锻钢结构活塞。激光焊接整体锻钢结构活塞与其它整体锻钢活塞相比具有工艺简单、成本低、重量轻、可靠性高等特点。经台架对比试验和有限元模拟分析,激光焊接整体锻钢活塞可提高发动机的性能和排放标准,可成功应用于中重型柴油机。
In order to meet the requirements of specific power and emission of engines, we developed laser welded forged steel pistons. Compared with other forged steel pistons, the products have characteristics of simple process, low cost, light weight and reliability. According to the verification of the bench test and the finite element simulation analysis, the laser welded forged steel pistons can improve the performance and emissions of engines, and can be successfully applied on M - H duty diesel engines.
