摘要
目的研究叠鞘石斛化学成分。方法叠鞘石斛乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从叠鞘石斛中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为松柏醛(1)、香兰素(2)、香草酸(3)、丁香醛(4)、丁香酸(5)、5-乙酰氧甲基糠醛(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(8)、草木樨苷甲酯(9)、4,5-二羟基-2-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从叠鞘石斛中分离得到。
AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Dendrobium aurantiacum Rchb. f. var. denneanum(Kerr) Z. H. Tsi. METHODS The ethyl acetate portion of D. aurantiacum ethanolic extract was isolated by silica gel,and recrystallized,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. RESULTS Ten compounds were obtained and identified as coniferaldehyde(1),vanillin(2),vanillic acid(3),syringaldehyde(4),syringic acid(5),5-acetoxymethylfuraldehyde(6),5-hydro methylfuraldehyde(7),bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(8),melilotoside methyl ester(9),4,5-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(10). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
