摘要
列车车轮属于具有较大热节的球墨铸铁件,具有糊状凝固特征,凝固时间较长,浇注时容易出现缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。本文针对车轮铸造过程开展数值模拟研究,运用Pro CAST对凝固过程中的温度场和成形缺陷进行了详细分析,根据模拟的结果优化了浇注系统。模拟结果在生产中得到了应用,生产的铸件质量优良。
The wheel belongs to the ductile iron castings with big hot spot, and the solidification characteristic of ductile iron is paste solidification, so the solidification time of the wheel is longer than general castings, the occurrence probability of shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage is serious when pouring. The temperature field and defects in the process of solidification were simulated by using Pro CAST. According to the result of the simulation, the gating system was optimized. The simulate results have been applied to actual production, the high quality castings were obtained.
