摘要
定量化的网络舆情指标体系是高效开展海量网络舆情信息监测及预警的基础前提。CNKI相关文献的全样本分析结果显示:网络舆情指标体系并未成为当前主流课题;现有研究基本遵循新闻传播学背景下的、面向公共管理的研究模式,内容分布与发展较不均衡、方法模型较集中、指标选取较相似且未充分体现动态性原则等特点;后续研究将向进一步体现网络舆情自身特性、网络信息传播特点和面向计算机实现等方向拓展。
It is essential to build a quantitative index system for the monitoring and pre-warning of public opinions. The result of literature review shows that： （ 1 ） index systems of network public opinion haven＇ t yet become the main subject of the study of public opinion ; （2） the basic research mode presently is oriented to public administration under the background of News Dissemination Studies ; （ 3 ） there exists disproportion in the distribution of research contents and concentration in the use of methods and similarity in index selection, while the dynamic property is not fully reflected; （4） future researches may focus on essential characteristics of network public opinion, the dissemi- nation features of network information and computer realization of index systems.
