摘要
随着我国基建和房地产建设的发展，各项目施工的管理显得尤为重要。施工现场项目的管理是项复杂且责任重大的工作，亦是项目建设的关键管理环节。只有不断加强和完善施工现场的项目管理，才能更好地满足建筑设计标准的要求。
With the development of the infrastructure and real estate construction, the management of construction project is particularly important. Construction site project management is a complex work and requires builders’ enormous responsibility, and it is also the key link of project management of constru-ction. Only by strengthening and improving the project mana-gement of construction site, can we bet er meet the requirem-ents of building design standards.
