摘要
在建筑工程管理中，项目管理法被普遍运用，其对于建筑工程的施工效率、施工质量都有很大的影响。合理的运用项目管理法，能够有效提高建筑工程的施工质量。基于此，本文对项目管理在土木工程中的应用进行了具体分析。
In construction project management, the project management method is widely used, which have a great impact on the eficiency of the construction engineering construction and construction quality. Reasonable project management me- thod can effectively improve the construction quality of buil- ding engineering. Based on this, this paper analyzes the applic- ation of project management in civil engineering.
