摘要
采用正交试验方法研究316奥氏体不锈钢固溶处理工艺对组织的影响。结果表明:影响316奥氏体不锈钢固溶处理组织的主要因素为温度和镍含量。通过正交试验分析获得的最佳固溶处理工艺为:镍含量为11.74%,1100℃保温1 h;氮含量增加,镍含量降低,硬度提高30%。
Effects of solution treatment on microstrueture of 316 austenitic stainless steel were studied by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the temperature and nickel content are the main influence factors on the mierostructure for solution treatment austenitic stainless steel of 316. The best solution treatment process through orthogonal test analysis is: 11.74%Ni and 1100 ℃ heat preservation for 1 h. Increasing nitrogen content and reducing nickel content make hardness increase 30%.
