摘要
针对企业在运营过程中事项执行力不足,协同工作效率低下的问题,在协同办公理念的基础上,提出基于业务中间件的工作事项督办管理系统.分析系统的业务流程设计和功能模块设计,并通过面向业务、技术无关的业务中间件高效开发此系统.该系统能够实现对工作事项全过程的跟踪管理和督办,提高业务协同的计划性和可预见性,实现集团总部和各个子公司的信息透明化,对提升企业的工作效率和执行力具有促进作用.
For the lack of executive force and low collaborative working efficiency in the enterprise operation process, an event supervision management system is presented, and the business process, function module of supervision the system are analyzed based on the idea of collaborative office. And the system is developed efficienctly by business platform, a business-oriented and technology irrelevant one. This system can achieve tracking management and supervision of work items in the whole process, improve the business collaboration planning and predictability, realize the information transparency between headquarters and promote the sub companies, enhance enterprise work efficiency and promote the executive power.
