摘要
为了综合利用木薯加工后的有机废弃物,本研究以木薯渣作为基本原料,以醋糟、蛭石为辅料,按照不同的体积比进行复配,测定复配基质的理化性状和番茄幼苗的生长指标,以期筛选出适宜番茄育苗的基质配方。结果表明,5个配方木薯渣复合基质的容重、p H、电导率均在优良无土栽培基质要求的范围内,番茄的各项生长指标均优于对照,其中,复合基质配方L1(木薯渣∶醋糟∶蛭石=4∶1∶3)番茄穴盘育苗的效果最好,在出苗率、株高、茎粗、地上部鲜重和根鲜重、根冠比等生长指标均优于其余复配基质。因此,利用木薯渣可以合成复合基质用于番茄无土栽培穴盘育苗,该研究结果将为木薯渣废弃资源的再利用和工厂化育苗提供了一条新的途径。
In order to utilize comprehensively the organic wastes of cassava processing,cassava dregs was used as raw materials,and vinegar residue and vermiculite as accessories. In the compound matrix,the physical and chemical properties of compound matrix and the growth of tomato seedlings were determined to screen out the matrix formula for tomato seedling. The results showed that the cassava dregs composite matrix density,p H and the electrical conductivity of five formula were within the scope of soilless cultivation substrate required,the various growth indexes of tomato were superior to the control,of which tomato hole tray seedling effect of complex substrate formula L1( cassava residue∶ vinegar bad∶ vermiculite = 4∶ 1∶ 3) was the best,and the germination rate,plant height,stem diameter,aboveground fresh weight and root fresh weight and root cap ratio growth indicators were superior to that of others. Therefore,cassava dregs could be used to form composite matrix for tomato hole tray soilless cultivation seedling,which would provide cassava residue waste resources with a new way in recycling and factory nursery.
