摘要
技能老化是指个体在完成初始教育后,由于缺乏对新的工作流程、技能和技术知识的了解而导致的能力下降。成人教育工作者若想有效地帮助成人学习,需得具备多种能力。然而年龄增长、职业动机水平不高以及科技进步、培训力度不够等因素在不同程度上均会引起技能老化。通过定期对成人教育工作者进行知识技能培训,在组织中创造终身学习氛围,建立鼓励创新的激励机制,重视职业生涯管理,个体积极发展职业技能等方法,能够改善技能老化问题。
The so-called skill obsolescence refers to such a phenomenon that after having completed their initial education, people become less competent owing to their short of understanding of their new work processes, skills and technical knowledges. Adult educators are required to be equipped with multiple competence. But they also face the problem of skill stagnancy when no adequate training facilitate them to cope properly with the accelerating technology advancement, which would be worse if they are aging, and becoming demotivated. This paper proposes some measures to tackle the problems, such as, giving them regular knowledge and skill training,creating an atmosphere of lifelong learning in the organization,establishing incentive mechanism to encourage innovation,attaching great importance to the career management,and encouraging individual development of one's own career skills.
